Client Need
When I first met my client, she was an early career professional feeling stressed and unsettled in her role at a large for-profit company. She wanted to excel as a manager and become an effective leader, but was having difficulty making these goals actionable.
My Approach
Facilitate confidential, one-on-one coaching sessions and provide a safe space for my client to explore her challenges.
Understand patterns of behavior that were keeping her from thriving, both inside and outside of the office.
Serve as an accountability partner to support her as she changed her approach, strengthened some critical relationships, and effectively demonstrated her ambition to grow within the company.
Develop concrete strategies for the client to express her strong work ethic and innovative problem solving skills to help expedite her career growth and advancement.
